Legal Reception/Administrative Assistant – Part-time (3-4 days) or Full Time. Fantastic Benefit Package (for Full Time only) Markham Employment Law Firm, Minken & Associates, is in need of a bright, friendly and professional individual to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer, software, typing and transcription skills along with strong communication skills. Having superior attention to detail, organizational skills, creativity and initiative are further requirements for this opportunity. Some of the responsibilities will include: legal reception, library administration, promotional material preparation, dicta, assistance to lawyers, clerks, management in various tasks and projects, preparation of documents, etc. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.
