Details of Job Description : As a Sales Assistant/ Administration Representative your main job qualifications are as follows: -Assist sales team in processing orders and sales -Both Sales and administrative background experience will be required -Telephone manners, invoicing, Administrative duties -Computer knowledge; Excel skill a must, set formulas, use short cut keys, Microsoft Office -office administration, and customer service -Fluent in English Speaking a must, Cantonese and Mandarin would be an asset Monday – Friday 11:00am-6:00pm Work Schedule : Full Time
