We are specialized in personal wellness technology and products. Our products are used and recommended by health professionals in over 15 countries. Most of our clients are chiropractors and physiotherapists, who resell our products to their patients, from USA to Australia, and from Europe to Japan. Your main responsibilities include: - providing customer care to our clinical and end-user clients - maintaining good relationship with our clients in USA and Canada - taking and processing orders - attending international tradeshows NO existing medical technology experience or knowledge required. We will provide full technology and business training. However, customer service, sales, or marketing experience in dealing with health professionals, pharmacies or corporations, and French language skills will be a great asset. The position demands maturity and professionalism, especially integrity, dedication, reliability, interpersonal skills, strong verbal communication skills, open mind, quick learning, business logic, organizational skills, computer skills, spirit of helping people to improve their health … We are looking for a longer term relationship with the successful candidate to grow with the company. Compensation will be base salary ($12/hr – $15/hr) plus performance bonus, paid holidays and vacations (you get cash if vacation not fully used), with limited medical benefits after 3 months.
