| Process/Production Line Worker Responsibilities: o Perform and operate manual and automatic equipment in the assembly of PV modules o Must be able to follow process specifications o High amount of focus on housekeeping, quality and working towards exceeding the companies goals o Other duties as assigned by team lead and/or supervisor. Requirements: o 2 -5 years of manufacturing experience o Education: High school or equivalent o Must be able to lift 50lbs o Requires periods of standing, sitting & moving from one workstation to another o Strong communication skills o Experience dealing with quality control processes o May be required to alternate schedules to meet production goals. o Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, team environment. | |
